Thanks for the chapter, I think everyone but the captain is not lasting very long.

He’ll probably take out the current leadership under the pretext of war or assassination and then consolidate command underneath himself and the captain. With enough victories he gets to go back and build a political power base in central. That or working with surrounding tribes and countries to build enough of an army to then need to be taken seriously politically. Either way it’s getting fun, his ruthlessness is satisfying.
