Is that correct? I mean, the order of chapters? Chapter 45 looks more about Sumire and Femme being concerned about the photobook not selling well, and chpater 46 is about Femme caring for Yuusei, or so it seems to me

Yup, it's the correct order (I adjusted the titles).
The idea is that Sumire (chap 45) is caring for Yuusei, trying to convince him that it's okay if the photobook doesn't succeed, while Femme (chap 46) is concerned about the whole situation, realizing that Yuusei was overworked and need to slow down.
