Oops, I haven't noticed this. Indeed both chapters could translate as "A worried woman", but chap 45 was more "worried = caring/considerate" while 46 is "worried = concerned/apprehensive". I'll fix the translation to avoid confusion between chapters.

Yup, it's the correct order (I adjusted the titles).
The idea is that Sumire (chap 45) is caring for Yuusei, trying to convince him that it's okay if the photobook doesn't succeed, while Femme (chap 46) is concerned about the whole situation, realizing that Yuusei was overworked and need to slow down.

This is the first had confirmation I think. In my character.txt file I had a "?" and a note (but he called her Mika-san).
