The disk with two sides allows for more parts to be added to the golem. Also, some parts may require more than one slot.
So it’s not exactly a second golem or a simple double power-up, but rather allowing for combinations that break the mold and create new synergies, such as a large golem that can fly.

Alan knows this dude aint a god and can’t do the impossible (even the squirrel who is a god is HEAVILY restricted) but the robot made all the tablets so upgrading it is certainly a possibility for him. Though making it continuously upgradable does sound more like Alan lol

Yeah easier but also way more restrictive. Alan s almost at the level cap for extra mode already. Hell mode has no cap so Alan could technically reach level 99999999999 and one shot even the gods with ease. Meanwhile extra mode would fully stop his growth at I think level 80 or 100

I’d say they’re fairly consistent. Alan does have a tendency to push the envelope and the gods are allowing it cause they’re desperate but so far it’s been repeatedly stated that a person s mode cannot be changed by the gods. There does seem to be a way to do it but the gods aren’t the answer.

well and the robot dude also dropped the bomb that they’re adding in a job changing dungeon so she’ll probably get a class upgrade in the next few chapters and be Equal to the admiral (but with a much bigger slate)

Doubt she would have a second golem, as the Dwarf's ride inside their Golem to operate them, and she can't be inside two Golem at once (unless there is a remote control skill or duplication skill, I guess).
Most likely, she would be using the backside to add Buff-tablets for extra skills and bonus stats.
