This turn off events more or less devalued almost all of them as pawns of a game. Whereas before they where part of a screwed up but still somewhat understandable world.

I think those ants name should have been Aripon instead of Alipon.
The japanese word for 'ant' is 'ari' after all

Either the translation is pretty bad, or the author just literally has zero idea about simple stuff.
A horse drawn carriage goes from one city coastal city to the nearest one in 1 month.
On the other side or continent thorough a single month 3/4th of the continent has fallen to demons.
So basically the Elves were losing territory at the three times the speed of a horse drawn carriage, including battles, reorganization, scouting, sieging, plundering.
Why is it said like this? Was it a simple mistranslation before? Maybe a carriage was supposed to go a week instead of a month?

At this point the things that I don't understand I just ignore and I read it only to see how more ridiculous it will become.
