the way i understood it is that Kurena is the only one among them that will progress to a 5 star class when she reaches max lvl 4 star class

Anyone want to reread the reward details can read chp 42 again.
In summary:
Allen is in Hell mode with 8 star job (unlimited level up iirc) so he only got experience point.
As compensation her sister got 1 star talent.
His party all got 1 rank up. But from the way he talks after that there is some loophole that he want to exploit so they all will get to 4 star but in this chapter they all just rank up 1 star tho.

They can jump Star rating.
To reach 5 Stars, she would have to first Max out Level 4 Star (aka, reach Level 50 as 4 Stars).

Since he is unique, as being the only 8 Star in the world, he wouldn't get anything directly.

Instead his reward is to allow his 0 Star youngest sister to get a 1 Star class (as per Chapter 42), and get class-up until she is 4 Star.
