It was stated in a previous chapter that the population of Prostia is 300 million. Although that's including the vassal states like Crevelle, so the underwater population should be a little less than that. Then we got the 100k troops from the demon army + 6099 troops from the Allen and Hero armies this chapter. Add the 10 members of Sacred, the 4 other members of Hardcore Gamers that were summoned this chap and the 3+1 greater demon generals and the total is 106119. But this number is still pretty negligible when you compare it to the 300mil residents, so for your question that'd be the answer.
