So basically what happening is that he wants to create data that was not there before he wants to create memories good memories since I believe you can transplant the data in your head but I dunno this is just ramble of text. What I feel like he has to do it in 3 months because that’s the time limit before the system can see what he is doing since it is illegal I think.

It's hard to get your head around this one, but once you do ... it is a very intriguing story, normally I would be worried about that new "cheat power", but since this has a movie, I doubt they would ever pull some BS on us

Hmm... If the story gonna go just as his future self planned, I think I can predict the ending.
Future himself said that the Alltale's storage space is infinite so that mean after he successfully change the past world, the past world(data) will just keeps on recording towards that new path and create a separate future data. I mean this concept already proven by the time he successfully engaged with his past self and created a new different kind of past/future data. His past self will continue on dating the girl Ruri Ichigyou without any problem and as his future self satisfied on the changes he ejected from the past data.
