Don't remember what the MC looks like, his power, or the early story about but later he visits a kingdom with high lvl angel/wing soldier/knight (iirc the average lvl of the knight with angel wing was around ~200-300 maybe even 400).

The captain of the wing/angel knight was a girl (wear a helmet, iirc she become shy without her helmet), and the captain has a sister without wing that live separately from her i think sister hair is black (not sure about this, either black/white/blonde), and she live in church the story later reveal that their mother got banished from the kingdom when the other sister without wing still a child iirc because of accusation by their father of her mother affair which isn't true.

I could think of several titles based on bits and pieces that you mentioned, like Gacha wo Mawashite or other "shy knights who refuse to remove their helmet".
But it's really hard to comprehend who's who from your sentence. I mean, you write it all in one sentence.
Can you like make it clear a little bit? Maybe make it multiple sentences?
like who has level 400? who is the angel? who has a sister? who has black hair?

My friend just told me about the title, since he just read it not long ago so the title is Arafoo Kenja no Isekai Seikatsu Nikki, thanks for all the help.
