Sooo... not really sure if I'm remembering correctly, but the art was kinda of sketchy, about a man that realizes that in his way to work (by train? subway?) he spends 1 (perhaps 2?) hours, so he wastes a lot of time doing nothing... he then decides to improve his art? or to sketch what he sees? I think the setting was a kinda of in a futuristic cramped city...
Not sure if it was a silent manga or not, I think I only read one or at most two chapters, but I think there was a focus on the landscapes, so it may actually be an artbook?
If it helps, I think its cover was (mostly) orange or some brown, beige color
