1st: I don't remember if it's isekai manga, the MC girl is one of the summoned heroes with certain trait like "negative" or "reverse" status.
Being useless for the heroes party, the group sold her as a slave to a maniac who enjoy looking the slave corroded/melts when taking a cursed sword.
but when the MC take the cursed sword, it gives her super strength and regeneration as the "reverse" effect. so her journey begun.
2nd: some generic shounen manga like bleach, but the group of people are having battle with the Oni / demon in the modern era.
i remember the MC is a boy, and the group which battle with the demon have a prodigy girl which showcase the battle in the first chapter.
the girl have an older brother which seems like a high rank officer in the group, and he's doting his little sister or praise his little sister so much.
i remember the girl and her brother driving a car to save the MC from the demon. the demon seems can go through the car / solid object, i cant remember this correctly.
it is a lot like Sousei no Onmyouji, or Black Torch; but it's not those two.
