Help me find a manga

Hello,

I need some help to find a manga. It's in a post-apocalyptic world where everyone is reduced in height. The MC is a girl who travel with an animal (sort of an Hamster but with an extra long body) and a small spheric flying robot (called Nel I think ?). They run away from a mist (red mist ?) that transform everything it touchs.
On the latests chapter that I read,

the robot was in fact the last real human (real height) that needed his cred back to launch himself to the moon where the rest of humanity flew away from the cataclysm. Some servants of the mist have a pyramidal head too.
