MC is living alone his parents is an archeolog or something
one day he found one of the door/basement of his house lead to a dungeon
there's monster, and magical item that can be used outside of that dungeon
after defeated a mimic the MC got a bell or something with hypnotic effect
one of his classmate (female) seems like she knows everything that happens in that dungeon
the teacher (female) found out about the dungeon and almost get attack by monster
that's what i remembered and some of them could be wrong
