help with finding a manga

I remember, a few months ago, running into a manga with a cover with a black haired girl in non-moe or not-so-moe art, I'm not 100% sure but I think the manga had something to do with said girl dying (and possibly becoming a ghost?)...

Iirc there were about 8 volumes and the last cover was somewhat dark, maybe a sunset? it may have been adopted to anime but, again, I'm not sure :/
