Soo... I've come across this song, and lost HOURS trying to find out where the beginning dialogue is from, since it's so familiar... to no avail :v

Since I found this to be familiar I guess this could be to you guys too? any help is appreciated

2nd voice sounds like ayanami from evangelion as for the first katsuragi perhaps.

99% certain it's RahXephon with both Ayato and Quon getting name dropped in the sample.

Well, that does explain why @sterven got that Evangelion feel from it, if it's really Haruka talking about Quon/Ayato.
