It's odd that the facts she comes out with are mostly true. Females do indeed have more subcutaneous fat than males, it varies a bit but generally you can expect a woman to have around 5% more body fat on average when compared to a man of a similar height, weight and build. This has a knock on effect of pushing the % at which a woman is considered fat or obese higher than that a man would be.
Also I feel sorry for whoever is paying for her bras cause ones that size are not something you just pick up in a random store.
