So I did some digging and found a Youtube video "A STRANGE HOUSE～Mysterious Story of Real Estate"
Is this story based on a true story? like MMR? Or just a copypasta, ARG.
The story/video is kinda weird tho. The same masked dude wrote a book about this incident (i think) two years ago. I don't understand Japanese so i don't know if that book is fiction or non-fiction.
Who understand Japanese, please check it out for me. I'm very interested.

When I first inspect the floor plan, I noticed the door for toilet and shower room is separated quite far, usually they're beside each other. And then I realized the toilet is inside the children's room while the shower room is not. Despite this fact, it completely escape me the idea of child confinement. I'm a failure as an investigator .

For those who are curious what they look like when overlapped. The wall shared between the 2F kid's room, the 2F bathroom, the 1F sussy space is sussy, it looks like the ideal space to plug 2 sets of ladders in so the kid can climb down from the kid's room, walk in the tight space, climb up into the bathroom.
Also who's using the 1F bedroom?
Speaking of windows, the floor plan does show an awful lot of windows but there's none for the kid's toilet, so the kid is definitely being hidden intentionally. No window in the bathroom though, I wonder why 🤔. And why's there a window in the 1F bedroom and it's the sole window that stays inside the house 🤔.

The ones i didnt notice was the wide open changing room to shower part and the windowless bathroom. I did notice that the hidden space did not overlap with the kid's room shelf but more to the tight path way to the bedroom but didnt catch it as a hidden pathway. Id guess the plot twist is that the kid is the devil in the story.

It felt weird and creepy from the start when they showed the floor plan but I don't know why. Made me paranoiddd like wat. They talked about it later in the chapter and showed why something feels off but not everything is clear yet. Maybe we'll know more in the future.

OK... As the husband of an architect I have a huge complaint about the two floor plans. This house shouldn't be bought not because it has a mystery, but because THERE ARE NO LOAD BEARING WALLS INSIDE. I mean, look at all the walls and how they're placed. None of the 1st floor walls connect all the way up to the roof. The balcony is just hanging there without outside support. Basically, the only load-bearing structures holding up the roof are the external walls, and they're full of openings. Not only that, all the windows are not aligned with those above them. Japan is a major earthquake zone! AAAAARGH!!!! Who even designs a house like this??!!!

It’s obvious this house never would have been built. Even if it could, it could only be marketed as a one bedroom dwelling and nobody would buy it.
