I'm surprised the village isn't overgrown. You would expect all kinds of bushes and trees to sprout in an village abandoned and shutoff for two centuries. But besides the slight wear on buildings the village seems almost intact. The bats might have managed to keep away other monsters, but I doubt they could work as gardeners too.
