No, she won't be immortal from drinking his blood, they showed with his original bat familiar that just the blood would only extend the lifespan a bit. He did theorise a few chapters back that if he combined his blood with a high density magic crystal, it might work to give someone immortality, but it's still a theory that he wants to play around with some more first.

I would say a bat that lived to be 50-100 years old did not have his life extended by "just a bit".

(The age when Catalos died was guesstimated from the banter of his descendants, who mentioned he died 100-150 years ago... considering Dean died 200 years ago, that meant Catalos died 50-100 years after Dean died.)
