I read the WN, not that far though, the initial premise is similar to Mobuseka, no harem from what i've read, MC is OP af not because cheat, but because the environment he's living and his desire to survive.
Original heroine Marianna Ocean is close friend with Alicia, because her role was replaced by someone called Patricia so i assume that she also reincarnated or something who know the plot of the game. Another cause also that Marianna is indifferent toward romances and she basically bookworm and so focused on her study in the academy, her appearance of typical nerdy girl with braid and large round glasses which MC find it weird that she's different from the game.
Unlike mobuseka, original main heroine doesn't have romantic interest toward MC, and she continue supporting Alicia and MC relationship, and become their best friend.

"I'm not used to being addressed with honorifics either."
Ah yes, the duke's daughter promised to the prince, villain of a story about a high ranked noble vs a commoner is not used to honorifics, sure.
It didn't even take a single chapter for the author to forget about the character he wrote.

In case somebody doesn't already know, trying to cut the bitterness of coffee using just sugar is like trying to put out a forest fire with a squirt gun.
You need to add milk, instead. (Actually, you need an entirely different beverage. Coffee is disgusting no matter what you do to it, but the milk at least renders it potable.)
This also bothers me. Bitter is NOT the absence of sweet. Bitter and sweet are both fundamental tastes receptors on the tung. I don't care how much sweetener you add, it will still taste bitter. It's just that now it will also taste sweet.

Milk sorta helps, but not because it is erasing the bitterness but because it is diluting the coffee. At some point it is just more milk than coffee, and at that point why have the coffee in the beverage in the first place?

if coffee is disgusting to you, you should not be giving this dumbass advice and leave it to coffee drinkers instead. It's like trying to impress upon people that sashimi objectively is bad when it's just that individual's taste. Personally I know people from the full spectrum (people who only drink for caffeine, people who drink neat for flavour, etc)

coffee neat
coffee with sugar
milk coffee with sugar

are fundamentally different tastes from each other. this is not including exotic brews like luwak etc.

Personally I don't like the neat taste but 1 or 2 packs of sugar does it for me. Also, the aroma is a huge part of enjoying coffee and tea.

Edit: Read the PPS halfway but sarcasm doesn't help in text. Would suggest to avoid

Says "We do our best to survive here" then casually pulls out a dragon. I remember when Dragons were top teir apex predators, insted of casual chapter 2 pets.

I assert that a reasonable grade coffee with the right ratio of water for mode of preparation utterly lacks the trashy astringency that is a hallmark to so much "coffee". A good coffee needs no help (black). A bad one cannot be helped, in much the way you describe.
I had good joy to drink well made coffee in Japan. My favourite was from a "Cleopatra Cafe" in central Aomori. The first time in my life I enjoyed the coffee neat and so did my friends.
