The dragon really is chill like that
This also bothers me. Bitter is NOT the absence of sweet. Bitter and sweet are both fundamental tastes receptors on the tung. I don't care how much sweetener you add, it will still taste bitter. It's just that now it will also taste sweet. In case somebody doesn't already know, trying to cut the bitterness of coffee using just sugar is like trying to put out a forest fire with a squirt gun.
You need to add milk, instead. (Actually, you need an entirely different beverage. Coffee is disgusting no matter what you do to it, but the milk at least renders it potable.)
if coffee is disgusting to you, you should not be giving this dumbass advice and leave it to coffee drinkers instead. It's like trying to impress upon people that sashimi objectively is bad when it's just that individual's taste. Personally I know people from the full spectrum (people who only drink for caffeine, people who drink neat for flavour, etc)In case somebody doesn't already know, trying to cut the bitterness of coffee using just sugar is like trying to put out a forest fire with a squirt gun.

@ColorNoobIs the character on the credits page from a manga or just artwork?
boi did you read the dragon whisperer manga where dragons went from apex to enslavedSays "We do our best to survive here" then casually pulls out a dragon. I remember when Dragons were top teir apex predators, insted of casual chapter 2 pets.
I had good joy to drink well made coffee in Japan. My favourite was from a "Cleopatra Cafe" in central Aomori. The first time in my life I enjoyed the coffee neat and so did my friends.I assert that a reasonable grade coffee with the right ratio of water for mode of preparation utterly lacks the trashy astringency that is a hallmark to so much "coffee". A good coffee needs no help (black). A bad one cannot be helped, in much the way you describe.
