Yet again a cliche manga,

where the MC doesn't know his own true worth,

gets his childhood friend taken,

becomes a great/popular guy after getting out of his comfort zone,

gets a harem even though he is dense,

the childhood friend loses everything when the lord decides to throw her away for someone better or sells her to slavery,

comes begging MC for help bcoz nowhere to go or live,

MC accepts as returning favor to the one who raised him,

either does a one time favor and sends her away or keeps her as friend,

manga gets axed. THE END.

The above is just a prediction, I don't real novels.

More slop for the trough. Not sure who eats this garbage up but I wish they'd stop rating it 8+ stars.

Why is this rated so highly? It's so damned generic, I feel like I've read this same concept 10,000 times by now. Nothing about this stands out whatsoever.

The intro should have started with the wounded warriors and them getting healed. As is, that part felt glossed over and the toxin attack was a poor man's version of Marriagetoxin's protag. I also felt that the setup for the protag here with the bitter fiance was undercooked, probably two or three chapters' worth of stories all mashed together for a speed run intro.

Pretty generic. Pretty sure the high rating comes from the fact the artist draws titties good, which is fine, I guess…? Not holding my breath.

Underwhelming so far, nothing makes it stand out. Clueless overpowered MC has attractive girls with no personality thrown at him.

Skimmed through chapter one in Indonesia (I didn't know how to read it) and seems like generic slob.
  1. Boy getting cucked by cliche shit-eating ahoge for a stache and Washington wanna be hair who looks 20 years older than they're suppose to clowny ass rich noble guy
  2. Finds and saves people after getting cucked by healing them and they're amazed at him
  3. Monsters show up and he no diffs them and flexes his strength while seemingly not realizing how op he is
And as a reminder, I didn't even read any of the text (not like I could) so this is straight up what happens from what I'm seeing. But I will say the art is pretty good

After reading the raws until ch 30 i can say you most right. Until now we get (spoiler)

1 - Cliche story. Its more about powerscaling that being a doc/herbalist
2 - NTRed in the beggining
3 - Became popular
4 - Fake Harem
5 - Ultra dense MC who does nothing about the girls craving him
6 - Childhood friend is mistreated by the noble douche and regred what shes done
7 - MC always OP because yes

Why are people saying NTR?
Merlin said she was his fiancee.
Leaf immediately said they are nothing but childhood friends.
When Doku gets engaged to the Lord.
Leaf was not hurt by her being engaged, he only cared about his master's stuff.
Y'all lack reading comprehension or simply cannot read. There was no NTR.

... Please don't say that other people lack reading comprehension without checking it properly first to make sure that you're absolutely right, lol.
Leaf said they're only childhood friends 'for now' and that he wants to become good enough for her (due to him not knowing his worth).
While they really weren't an official couple, the way everything was phrased only (!) makes sense if Leaf seriously intended to marry her and the granny knew it, so while it might be a lesser version of it, the NTR element is still there.
Leaf was also very shocked and hurt when she told him that she's married to a lord now, but it's only shown in one panel that you might have missed.
Then he got distracted because he noticed that people were already carrying out his master's stuff. The storytelling rushed things quite a bit, so you have to read carefully and look at the art properly to comprehend the manga 👍

That's asinine. NTR is a fetish you weirdos online made. There's no elements of NTR. Leaf clearly did not see her that way. It's a common trope for older people in any form of media to assume young people are together. You weirdos are just obsessed with NTR and cucking. All coom brained.

First, when we talk about NTR here, it refers to a story element in this context. There are countless stories with that element to put the MC down in the beginning to make his/her rise to fame and power more interesting and also allow for additional contrast and plot points if the ex partner is met again later in the story.
That element is so common that there's actually a tag for just that on some sites.

This is NOT about porn in any way, so this is most certainly not about a fetish from anyone here, especially a weirdo. Seriously, if we wanted porn, we wouldn't have started reading this particular manga in the first place, lol.
Even if you dislike losing an argument, you shouldn't resort to insults and you also shouldn't mistake commonly used story elements for the readers' fetishes. That's just ignorant and insulting.

Stick to facts instead of insults, especially if you're convinced that you're right.
On that note, I did literally prove it to you, you can easily reread and confirm everything I said and explained in that regard. You'd just have to do it, I guess.
If you do, you'd see that the NTR element was briefly used there, but not focused on. Even if the rest of the story conveniently forgets about it in the future, that's a different problem.
