Yeah that my feeling too. I suspect they will be reported and Chi Tang will sacrifice herself to take most of the blame so she would be forced to leave. But in the end it’s fine because she becomes a musician while Youyu has a high paying job that she use to support both of them once they are adults and living together.

For people who don't understand the first part, Meng Ping (black hair guy at the start) and Gao Ruijia (anothet guy) caught dating. It blow up the school and their parents get called up. Meng Ping is beaten up by the parent and Gao Ruijia is forced to drop out. When 2 guys intimate, people will realize immidiately but if it is 2 girls hold hand and kiss, they'll think it is just close friend. That's why Chi Tang said if two guys are marginalized then two girls are invisible.
