I get the direction of this manga of course... but shouldn't they (in world) have tested it with a handshake (how lewd), and then once it was known to work, offer him a masseuse job for heroes? And like, and make him take masseuse training (or sneak it in first by 'awarding' him certificates for masseuse training)? Like, if he's going to do it, might as well give him the training to do it well instead of just (panicky repressed) horny groping.
