Well since the male lead himself is pretty unlikable, i am fine with the worst boy and worst girl to end together, that way everyone else is free to find someone better
Which should be easy given how damn low the bar is

Why is the mc unlikable? He seems like a nice guy, cares about his childhood friend (including caring about her happiness), is apparently good at cooking and cleaning, and has a steady 9 to 5 job. His only (currently shown or mentioned) downside is his tendency toward perversion, which probably isn't any worse than those of us still reading at this point.

He is a pervert who looks at porn of his coworkers while at work, his one super power is to heal people while being horny, and as such they put a collar bomb on him to avoid him getting too horny
However it turns out, that such drastic measure wasn't even needed, because despite being a pervert who openly looks at porn of his coworkers while at work, he is also a judgemental prick that can't get horny when it matters
For almost every girl except Shadow, he has some dumb lame excuse to keep him from doing the one thing that defines his character, girl is too muscular? can't get horny, "solution" to that? the girl had to change her whole appearance in order to cater to this one pervert, a thing that has been worrying her for all her previous relationships, but this guy who is the exact same kind of asshole as all her previous exes, has powers, so she puts up with it
Girl is his childhood friend? can't get horny, "solution" to that? he has to force himself into a mixture of brainwashing and amnesia in order to create himself a different personality
At this rate it wont be a surprise if he has to massage the boss but he will say that she is too old and wont get horny, unless they come with some contrived solution to make her look younger
The fact that he can cook barely balances his transgressions, and he only managed to keep his work, because the girls are cornered without his powers, it is almost a hostage situation, so they had to put up with a behavior that otherwise would have seen him unemployed, in fact since they know he is a problematic employee, they jumped straight to put a bomb on his neck, and yet half the time he can't even do his job, it is just recently that the girls had to adjust to his weird quirks or otherwise he would be useless
So he is a pervert, that fails at being a pervert, but is still a pervert that has to be dealt with as if he were a major pervert, which he is as long as he gets things his way, he doesn't accepts any of the girls for who they are, and they had to put up with him because they have no other options

Okay, I see where you are coming from.
Having said that; he wasn't looking at porn of his coworkers, he was looking at fanart of heroes to establish his character as a hero otaku. He didn't know that one of the heroes he was looking at is actually one of his coworkers given she spends her entire career in disguise.
He also doesn't know his super power is to heal people while being horny, they literally didn't tell him. That's not his fault, it's his employers fault for choosing not to tell him (and frankly, if he needs to be horny for his powers to work, why not just show him porn or even hire a 'fluffer'/prostitute to get him in the required mindset so it doesn't matter who he's massaging. Surely at some point he'll have to heal/recharge a male hero right?).
As for the collar bomb, that's just a safety precaution to ensure he doesn't hurt any of the heroes he's supposed to be healing, given said heroes are the first and only line of defense against villains/monsters that the military can't do anything about. It's not personal, it's just better to be safe than sorry.
