It's so sad that there are actually parents that really are like that in the world, that would be willing to harm their child if it meant making them conform to their own belief of what their ideal child should be like.

all those 'parents' want is their child become what they want, so the society saw them as 'perfect parents', while the 'obedient' child they shows to others is just a hollow shell....
those parents see their child as 'investment' for them to get nice and easy life....
