This is basically “I am actually a cultivation bigshot” but the romance starts “earlier”, assuming it doesn’t drag for hundreds of chapters before they fall in love or something. The art is pretty good, but the translation is kinda ass. So I would probably give it like 6/10 right now. But assuming how most manhua adaptations go, it’s gonna fall of probably.

While it was somewhat interesting at first, it fell to the usual weak, lazy writing of "mIsUnDeRsTaNdInG", which I despise like nothing else. Not only is it a lazy shitty way to dodge writing a rich and deep setting and characters, it's just so cliche and well, boring af.

This honestly sums up the story with the added note of super inconsistency. The story doesn't know what it wants to be and it really gets annoying which is said because despite the bs I really like the demon empress. And while I was on bored with the "the characters skills are in crad5ing amazing items and no sword and shields." You're not going to convience reading a basic tai chi book basically made this man God, or he built cybernetic items with no actual way to synthesize the materials needed. Im expected to believe all he ever did was watch homestead and farming videos and that gave him the knowledge to blacksmith or be a mechanical engineer?
