I didn't see the twist coming. this made me bookmark it, i like these characters and it doesn't overdue the comedy of MC accidently helping the FMC.

Okay, that was actually quite a twist! I must admit, the reveal was a tad bit confusing to wrap my head around.

I think I'm gonna need an explanation. I don't get the chronological order of what just happened.

Admittedly kind of sick. I was questioning our villains motives for being in the jungle at the start but it makes sense now. Mirrored events that meshed together in the end was creative for storytelling.

Edit: I think I get it now (after rereading the comic from the first chapter).

• When MC joined the Death Shadow one of his assignments was in the village
• He got promoted to be the 5th instructor
• Hero appeared, he "taught" (tried to kill) the hero
• Hero eliminated Death Shadow
• When hero went on her travels, she encountered the village and heard about MC's past
