Art is rough, but the storytelling makes sense. Even though it’s building off of established characters, it’s got passion behind it. I like it.

The story seems interesting, but the biggest hurdle for the author is to keep all the characters personalities from the original source. 1.ch in and Luffy doesn't sound like the Luffy I know from One Piece.(haven't read the others if only just a bit)
There's a plethora of other problems which either can be ignored or worked on as the story progresses, but the personalities should be set in stone and ideally identical to the original stories from the get-go.
In the end it's probably more of a fanfic than an actual manga so a random persons views don't really matter at all. So good luck to the author if they plan on working to finish the story.
