Hibiki and Ryou are childhood friends. She is fully aware that he is obsessed with her, she's seen the photos on the wall, isn't that surprised when he shows up in another town late at night, etc. She hasn't given any indication in this manga so far that she's interested in him romantically, but she's treated his obsession with her as something she's perfectly OK with

But seriously, Ryoutarou has the full package for the bad kind of yandere, I fear that this manga will end with a double sucide (with one of the two with quite a lot of help and not really volontary) or in Misery style but with reversed genders and the "fan" wanting the author to stop writing...
