I totally don't understand what the issue was with the girl, or the other helpers for that matter that were apparently rejected based on what they said in the interview?

The last girl seemed okay (and better than the previous 3) but then she took him to a motel to "get off the rain", but since it was a motel/hotel, it was obvious why she took Kouhei there. And she had a boyfriend. That meant even more problems for Kohei. As the other (previous) girls that offered: one asked for money (Taiichi asks for lunches but otherwise this would be a volunteer job, my guess? As in, non-paid), the other girl was rude comparing Kouhei with her grandpa. I'm assuming that the first girl was rejected for the way she talked? Maybe he didn't understand her well? If she talked very fast or if her pitch was very loud, idk.

Even if she like almost every female in the story is a horny beast, as the story seems to novally but two dimensionally imply for all females of the story. They can't rape him. One, the idea of a sexist Japanese author thinking a woman can and would rape a man is very unlikely to say the least. And two, the fantasy the whole thing is based on wouldn't work with rape.
So that said, couldn't he ignore their attempts as long as they were also helping him get his notes?
Also, is he completely asexual? Homosexual? Waiting for the girl who sees him for who he is and not just as some blind hot slab of meat?
Similarly, does it really torture his ego that much to hang with people who want to hang with him for sex or to say they hanged out with a blind person? I mean if he's in a group he's safe from the rapist women who just want to pin him down and stick him in them. And maybe he could slowly get to know people so they can directly see he's more than just gorgeous (allegedly, like most manga/anime drawings he looks hideous to me) and blind. I mean the MC seems to like to make his life more tortured and difficult than it need be.

So, suppose you're one of those girls in a job interview. It works the same way as looking for volunteers. Do you think there's any employer who will hire you? Duh, no way. Why?
The first girl: She doesn't look serious about it like if you give her a chance, she'll drop it any minute.
Second girl: She sounds like mocking her own grandpa, which makes you think she might be secretly mocking deaf/hearing impaired people in general.
Third girl: Asking for payment details right off the bat despite knowing it's a volunteer work. Srly?
Fourth girl: She sounds sincere at first but has ulterior motive and it's not to rape him per se but to seduce him. (why are you jumping to conclusions that it's rape? lol)
