hide region locked translations (VIZ)

The same way we can filter out the translations made in languages we don't comprehend, I suggest adding the option the filter out the chapter translations we can't read. As someone not living in the Anglosphere and not using a vpn service, having the updates feed polluted by the links to VIZ's official translations is annoying at best. I wouldn't mind extending the feature to external manga reading sites in general, but I can see how that could be detrimental to the mangadex - official trad relationship.
