@SonicDisgaea98 It's pretty common in Asian schools (that I know of) to ban part-time jobs, especially since the academic rigor is different.

The specific reason I heard is that it was a distraction from studies and any time you spend working a job should be used for studying, prep school, or extracurricular activities like enriching clubs. He got exemption though because of his family's financial system, but that was a paperwork adventure and they had to convince the board that the job he was doing would not A) interfere with studies and B) bring the school a bad name.

Hmm... I’ve heard that China has been cracking down on gay relationships from other comments on MangaDex. It’s my conspiracy that this wasn’t axed for health reasons but rather due to government shenanigans. Otherwise, why wouldn’t they just keep the existing chapters instead of axing it all together?

However, if it really is the case that Minami is sick, I wish the mangaka a speedy recovery

@FluentInManganese she's definitely going through something, you can read her statement in the first comment i posted in this thread. your theory would make more sense if the chapters were only removed from rigeng, but minami is also halting her activities on weibo as well.
