Hiding certain followed manga from being listed in public MDList :planned:

We all have our secrets that we want to hide, despite our love to share things. 😅

I think most of you know that the Follows feature also works in conjunction with MDList; anything that you follow will get added into that. As the title goes, it would be nice to have an option to set a followed manga (or whatever else) to Public, Friends, or Private -- just like this.

The drop down menu would just be alongside the Follow drop down menu. This is what I botched up with Paint to give a gist of it.

The customized follow categories will include functionality to choose whether that category (and the manga within) will show up in your MDList
