It's just me but lately the quality in the dialogue has been improved quite a bit?

They have been a bit unidimensional for a while, but now I can actually see the characterization behind them. The attention to detail seem to be back too, like the whole ordeal regarding the possibility of contamination, which wasn't brought up in a long while even through some major bloody battles.
