The first 33 chapters of this are available ad-free on Mangamillion by Shueisha. Translation's rough and full of typos and anachronisms at times though, although not usually.

Interesting because the mangaka started this as a literal high school girl, and she's still at it years later, old enough to have a high schooler herself. I don't know if she has kids, but she's old enough to now. She's also on X-Twitter too, promoting the latest volumes of High Score.
For what it's worth, I mostly enjoyed it, but it gets repetitive after a while, and the jokes become stale. Some characters are annoying, and the series is surprisingly negative sometimes. It's not a household name or a big hit for a reason. It's just a niche comedy manga that keeps going, because there's enough of an audience for it.
You can try it for yourself at Mangamillion. If you get tired of the jokes within the first 5-10 chapters though, fair warning: it doesn't get much better than that. Only the art gets better, after getting worse first, oddly.
