At first I didn't like the artstyle, but then with chapters it just became so good and fitting.
I really liked the ending. The culmination point was just sooo good and made me feel so many emotions at the same time that I just couldn't stay put in my seat.

The art is certainly nostlagic, but wow this is not a good adaption. Maybe it's because Higurashi is a more traditionally paced VN? Anyway, please don't read the manga before playing through it first.
I will forever prefer Umineko but it's unfair because Natsumi Kei-san is my favourite manga artist.
