I'm sure it's helpful if the teachers discuss it and maybe even have connections but I wonder how many have filled out something like "housewife" bc while some ppl might look down on it , it's still pretty common in Japan to "settle down" and expected to be a stay at home mom even if they were an office lady before unless jp school long hours are long/flexible enough for a mom/wife to still work part time while the kid is at school once they're old enough to go

with the amount of wisdom she's got, she should really be a Teacher or something

Maybe a school counselor or so since teaching subjects doesn't mean the students will also go to her for life advice lol
