so in the image, koharu refers to izumi as "いずみ隊員" with いずみ being his name, izumi, and 隊員 translating literally to member of a squad/team unit

i believe it's meant to be just playful roleplay between the two, showing how close they really were, since there was a previous flashback saying they liked to fight with sticks shaped like swords or something along those lines

i could've gone with something like "team member izumi!" or maybe "agent izumi!" would have worked better in this case, but i felt that "comrade izumi!" was a bit more natural sounding for this

With a lot of things that come up in translations, I'm never sure if it's something that's actually a common expression in the original expression that would be a totally different tone if adapted to a similar expression in the target language (e.g. "it can't be helped" has a pretty different connotation from "it is what it is", I think).
In some English cultures "Comrade" often has a somewhat political connotation, just because of its association with usage in the USSR (I THINK that's where the connotation comes from), but that's heavily context-dependent anyway, so it's usage here totally works better than "team member" or "agent".
