Not a bad third chapter, though I guess I'm just not a fan of how the author deliberately makes her so imperious which confuses him about what she wants. Like, would it have killed her to smile when she accepted the lunch he gave her. Forced drama and misunderstandings is why I largely moved away from school life to isekai. Of course, this is just a little bit of tension, far from the level that significantly bothers me. It's mostly a good chapter.
Sometimes I think back to that one Malcolm in the Middle episode when the lead kid breaks up with his secret girlfriend...
Anyway, if the three of them start hanging out, hopefully it will be a fairly balanced three-way dynamic and not just her monopolizing the other girl out of subconscious jealousy. Maybe I'm totally off base, it's just that I've seen other manga where there is a dynamic with one boy and one girl and then another girl joins and suddenly all they do is obstruct each other's romances by never allowing the other to have any alone time with the boy, leading to a lot of group slice of life scenes.
