If anything he's a social pariah.He would now have a criminal record,

Did you not read the text on the page? Everyone intentionally overlooked Itou's behavior because he was the ace. The only reason it stopped was because he got injured in a fight and had to quit the team. You think anyone from the track team would be willing to lose face by calling him out, necessarily then admitting they overlooked it until it didn't benefit them anymore? Nothing happened to him after he quit, I promise
