Just some musings, but I always really hate it that Japanese writers do that with brand names. I've heard it is in order to avoid getting sued? That's absolutely pathetic. The ENTIRE point is that the reader should still know EXACTLY what the reference is. I've honestly heard that Japanese law is quite crap, and if this is an example, I understand why.
Second, but I'm actually looking forward to the end at this point. You can see how the author here just devolved into these side characters. The cat and Asunojyou were literally made to be as annoying as possible, and yet they're gaining more and more screen time. It's like the author just wanted to run around in circles before finally running into the ground itself.
