So far the Hino and them have not treated her seriously. She was told in this chapter that's shes too young to be talking about kissing etc. The only person to even remotely treat her seriously is the friend. It might come later but up to this point it's all been in her head. Hino barely acknowledges her and seems to just humor her out of pity.
