Korogaru Kyoudai:
Cute manga about getting a little gremlin of a little step bro, similar vibes (I may be biased since I help with PR 😏)
Tokyo Alien Brothers:
Same author as this manga, a bit on the shorter side (and a bit less laid back?) but I just love everything by this author
Baby, Kokoro no Mama ni!:
Super cute manga about a dude babysitting (it’s so much better than that sounds, the comedy is strong with this one)
Itai Onee-san wa Suki Desu ka?:
More of a bocci type MC, but still kinda wholesome in its own way
Useless Ponko:
Story about an outdated maid robot and an old man at the end of his life getting into silly shenanigans
