We can safely rule out any messaging software as a threat because I highly doubt anyone who Akiba messages would know Shibuya or even anyone in the school given how he's a loner, thus lessening the effect of his threat. He also specifically says he'll send it to 'anyone' which implies he's not posting anything so it's basically "hey look, a stranger saw Shibuya beating someone up" and he's hoping the siscon cares enough to defend him. Even if he does post it to Twitter or his associate does, I don't think people just share videos of torture with each other unless they directly know the victim/perpetrator so you can rule out a video Shibuya beating Adachi up going viral. And what's the possiblity of that very video going viral from someone who at best has a couple hundred followers on twitter for being the best player in a not very known videogame. Even if it did, just show an image of Adachi completely fine with an easy way to tell the date, such as at an event that only happens that day. Adachi's prostate pose does not show her face at all so nobody could identify her so that doesn't post much of a threat either.

It's videos/pictures of someone in the nude + violence. Do you remember Liveleak? It doesn't matter who are in the pictures/videos and who posted them - it's gonna spread around. People who has seen the images/videos will share it directly with people they know (it doesn't even need to go through the internet at this point). Eventually, it'll reach someone who recognizes them (even if they don't know them), and then it could get dangerous. Not everyone will be sympathetic; some would even take this as a "hint" or a "chance". Afterall, Adachi probably has made plenty of enemies herself before.

Being jailed wouldn't stop him, since he'd still get teleported out whenever the next match started. Sure, he'd return to jail at the end of the match, but I can't imagine he'd let them get away with it as long as he still has any way of taking revenge.

But he doesn't. His only contact with the outside world would be if his parents visit him but they can't do anything about the game. Shibuya and the gang can can cut him from the game via leader. As long as nobody puts him back he will stay in prison no matter what until the final round. What Shibuya can do then is just hand over all her dresses to the other players as well as her items so that she can't be used to hurt anyone. Or only be left with healing dresses. I'm pretty sure I saw the dresses in card form irl
