Maybe it's just the art style but she doesn't look like "Mom" from Chapter 43, also she has a sister now?

From that chapter, that "mom" rescued her from abusive father and passive mother. But she visits that place where she was, probably after being rescued, rather rarely.

Did I miss something or it's their first introduction to her maybe adoptive family?
