Instead of trying to change it (which, let's be real, is just the desire of temporary anarchy), it's much easier to found your own country and make your own laws. Still plenty of islands and land out there unclaimed by other nations!
(Sorry, I just think arguing about whether a form of government is right or wrong is as pointless as trying to convince how religion is right or wrong: it won't change anything and it'll only serve to rile people up)
