@Kiekoes I must start by saying I love your work on Vinland Saga, and I'm very thankfull for that.

However why pick up Historie who was steadily translated by Hox for years ? isn't there a lot of other historic manga lacking active groups working on it ?

@Gothmog This chapter was more on the spur of the moment. We were ready to do Vinland Saga 171, but it had an unannounced hiatus this month. Seeing I caught up to Historie only the day before, I thought I'd work on that chapter instead, as I already cleared my schedule to work on VS. I already spoke with Hox, and they are content with us picking up both Vinland Saga (they used to translate that as well, but slowed down due to time constraints) and Historie for now. We also will be doing the tankobon version of volume 11 of Historie as a joint effort.

@Kiekoes thank you for taking the time to answer. People tend to get quite upset in the comments of other manga about the practice of sniping.
And since Historie has quite a small following I was worried some kind of drama would wreck the only way I can enjoy my favorite historic manga.
Again thank you for your work and I'm quite exited about the tankobon.
