I don't really understand why the Parasyte-like gore was necessary. It's also fairly unrealistic to be cutting through a man like that since there's far too many bones in the way.

@Kireato I think the gore was less of the focus, moreso than what came out of that. A beating heart.

Plus, Alexander is always unrealistic in this manga, like that one time he butchered an entire line of hoplites by himself, which I think is befitting of the real life figure.
