Just an idea, can you consider scanlating Hengoku no Schwester? It's a historical manga set during the times of the Holy Roman Empire and follows a group of girls trying to formulate an escape from a monastery. It felt somewhat in the same vein as Otome Sensou so thought it might be interesting.
