for anyone who liked this oneshot, there's a few full-length mangas i've read with similar concepts (all GL), so i thought i'd share them!

The Skirt Sings at the Landing (ongoing)

Hello, Melancholic! (completed)

- both lean into the shorter upperclassman/taller underclassman dynamic and are music-focused! the skirt sings at the landing mirrors this oneshot through dance, with the taller underclassman as the follower and the shorter upperclassman as the leader. the latter, on the other hand, is set in a high school band, where the upperclassman helps the underclassman find the courage to play music again.

- this is also kind of a shameless plug but The Moon on a Rainy Night is also a very good read, it doesn't share the same trope as the two mentioned above and the oneshot, but it does follow a similar dynamic where one bolder character helps a more introverted one break out of their shell.

I expect to see you under every oneshot providing these awesome recommendations now. You've signed yourself up for the job.
